Even though we only invest in Iberian companies, we are strong advocates of 
internationalization. A relevant part of ou  team is international and has experience and extensive networks in markets such as Germany, UK, US or Belgium. It allows us as to help companies in their internationalization plans, especially in Central and Northern Europe and North America.

• Operational improvement: we institute best-in-class business practices, overhauling the corporate governance structure, promoting full KPI transparency and implementing efficiency measures.
• Strategic growth initiatives: we leverage on the strong fundamentals and global competitiveness of our portfolio to define commercial structures, pricing strategies, development of new products / services and internationalization that can drive revenue growth.
• Bolt-on acquisitions: consolidation is often a core investment thesis. We bet on fragmented market in which we can drive scale inorganically while gaining access to new clients, broadening portfolio offering, capitalizing on commercial synergies and increasing the geographical reach.
