The company currently manages a total of 23 GW across multiple service lines, including 14 GW in asset management, 7 GW in Wind O&M, 2.5 GW in PV O&M, 8 GW in owner’s engineering, 2.3 GW in detailed engineering, 13.7 GW in electrical infrastructure, and 2.5 GW in BESS and hybridization projects.

Revergy’s operations are primarily based in Spain, supported by a team of nearly 800 employees and an international presence in over 15 countries. It has a strong footprint in Latin America—particularly in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic—as well as additional operations in Hungary and Romania.

With this transaction, Henko aims to continue capitalizing on the strong global growth of the wind and solar markets and to consolidate its position as a specialist in high-value services for renewable power generation plants.
