Cottésa company specialising in fire protection systems (FP) and smoke evacuation systems, and Electro Alavesathe well-established electronic security specialist for over 40 years, today announced their integration to form Attlon.
This union, driven by the private equity firm Henko Partners, gives rise to a new reference group in the Iberian Peninsula. The new entity is born with an aggregate turnover of around €40m and one of the most complete and specialised offerings in fire protection and electronic security solutions and services.
The new group is set up with the aim of being a key player through technical excellence, innovation and a clear vocation for customer service. The operation guarantees the continuity and strengthening of the project, as the partners and founders of both companies, Leire Fernández de Alaiza (Electro Alavesa), Marc Martínez Cruz and Raúl Insúa Ortega (Cottés)They remain in the capital and will continue to lead, contributing their vision and experience.
