Bailey joined Henko in 2025 as an Analyst after previously collaborating with the firm as a software developer.

From the investment team, he reviews new opportunities, takes part in deal execution, and supports management teams with an analytical and international perspective. He is passionate about uncovering the stories behind founders and understanding the journeys that brought them to where they are today.

Before joining Henko, Bailey launched several software projects of his own and worked in public equity markets with BBSP Research (Singapore), covering Asian markets, and at ADNIC (Abu Dhabi), focusing on alternative strategies. He holds a double degree in Business Administration and Law from IE University.

Outside the office, he closely follows rugby — a sport he competed in for many years — trains at the gym, and takes every opportunity to catch up with friends or visit his family.
