Íñigo has been part of Henko since 2021, when he launched the project together with Lars, Ricardo, and Jules. He has always been especially motivated by the idea of investing in SMEs with a differentiated approach — one that values excellence, the human factor, and a long-term vision. After a period at Sherpa Capital, he found in Henko the space to combine strategic vision with operational proximity, focusing on transformational projects in essential sectors.
He is part of the investment team, playing an active role in both deal sourcing and execution, as well as in the strategic support of portfolio companies. He is currently actively involved in Voltan, Revergy, and Quadrante — all business services companies linked to the energy and critical infrastructure sectors. He particularly enjoys working with entrepreneurs and management teams, bringing focus, ambition, and experience in inorganic growth.
Beyond financials, Íñigo dedicates much of his time to understanding how to scale businesses in complex sectors where strategy, technology, and operational efficiency intertwine. He is equally interested in the industrial challenge and the human dimension, convinced that real growth happens when both align.
A father of four, he finds his moments of disconnect in squash, the countryside, and time with friends — though his true center of gravity lies in the plans he shares with his family.
