Javier joined Henko in 2024 as a Director within the investment team, drawn by the opportunity to be part of an ambitious project with a transformative approach and a collaborative culture.

In his role, he is actively involved in sourcing, analyzing, and executing new investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies in their strategic development. He particularly enjoys working closely with management teams and founders, bringing a long-term perspective and extensive experience in growth and value creation.

Before joining Henko, he built a nearly two-decade career in private equity at international firms such as Partners Group and 3i Group, where he took part in numerous transactions and business development projects across Spain and Europe. He began his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London.

Javier holds a Bachelor in Management from Boston College (MA, USA). Married and father of two, he is passionate about golf, tennis, and padel, a Real Madrid supporter, and a lover of nature and travel — both across Spain and abroad.
