Mario joined Henko in 2024 as a Financial Controller within the corporate team, drawn to the world of investment and the dynamism of a group that combines ambition with approachability.

In his role, he contributes to the overall management of the management company and its funds, supporting the various areas of the business and driving continuous improvement of internal processes, as well as providing financial support to the portfolio. He particularly enjoys having a cross-functional view of the firm’s activities and portfolio, and working in a continuously growing environment.

Before joining Henko, he developed his career as a Senior Financial Auditor at PwC. He holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, a Master’s in Advanced Accounting and Auditing from UCAV, and a Master’s in Blockchain and Fintech from IEBS.

A sports enthusiast, Mario dedicates much of his free time to training and staying active, enjoying both the gym and exploring new disciplines that challenge him and help him disconnect from daily life. Passionate about nature and music, he takes every opportunity to travel to spectacular natural destinations or escape with friends to festivals around Europe.
