Mireia joined Henko in 2024, attracted by the team’s entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit, as well as the opportunity to take an active role in developing high-growth potential companies.

Within the investment team, she contributes to the identification, analysis, and execution of new opportunities, while also supporting portfolio companies in their strategic and financial development. She especially enjoys working with founding teams, helping to professionalize their businesses and drive their growth.

Before joining Henko, Mireia built her career in investment banking at CaixaBank, participating in M&A processes across sectors such as industrials, healthcare, and consumer. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ESADE and completed part of her studies at Boston College.

In her free time, Mireia enjoys sports and outdoor activities, as well as traveling to explore new cultures. Whenever she can, she escapes to her hometown, Barcelona, to reconnect with family and friends and enjoy the sea.
