Pablo joined Henko in 2022, driven by the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and purpose-driven fund focused on building leading mid-market companies.

Within the investment team, he plays an active role throughout the entire investment lifecycle — from deal sourcing and opportunity analysis to transaction execution and strategic support for portfolio companies. He especially enjoys working hand in hand with management teams, driving strategies for organic and inorganic growth, professionalization, and international expansion.

Before joining Henko, he worked at Sherpa Capital and in BBVA’s Mergers & Acquisitions team. He began his career in multinational environments such as Amazon.

Prior to Henko, he worked at Sherpa Capital, in BBVA's M&A team. He started his career in multinational environments such as Amazon.

Pablo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAI (Comillas Pontifical University) and completed part of his studies at the Technical Universities of Munich and Vienna.

In his free time, he enjoys reading, sports, and traveling.
