Pablo joined Henko in early 2023, motivated by the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team, and eager to contribute to the development of portfolio companies.

As a member of the investment team, Pablo is involved in sourcing and executing transactions, as well as supporting the management teams of portfolio companies. With an analytical mindset and strong values, he enjoys learning from and working closely with executives and founders, believing that trust, excellence, and collaboration are the foundations for driving sustainable value creation.

Before joining Henko, Pablo interned at TowerBrook Capital Partners in London and worked at Accenture in Madrid. He holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Universidad CEU San Pablo and Boston University, and a Master’s in Finance from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE.

Pablo describes himself as very family-oriented and loyal to his friends, believing that trust and teamwork are key to achieving great results. Half Austrian and half Spanish, he spends his free time traveling, enjoying time with loved ones, and practicing outdoor sports such as skiing, diving, and sailing.
