Rodrigo joined Henko's investment team in 2023, attracted by Henko's growth projects and focus on building leading companies in the European mid-market.

In the investment team, Rodrigo participates in the analysis and execution of new platforms as well as in the monitoring of portfolio companies, with a special focus on the inorganic growth of Henko's investees.

Before joining Henko, Rodrigo gained experience in Private Equity at ProA Capital and Waterland Private Equity, and in M&A advisory at Deloitte and BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking. He holds a First Class Honours degree in International Business Management from ICADE (Madrid) and Lancaster University (UK).

Outside the office, Rodrigo is passionate about skiing and tennis, and can always be found surrounded by good friends and family.
