Rodrigo joined Henko’s investment team in 2023, drawn by the firm’s growth and international expansion projects.

Within the investment team, he is involved in both the analysis and execution of new investments, as well as the monitoring of portfolio companies, with a particular focus on M&A transactions and the inorganic growth of Henko’s portfolio companies.

Before joining Henko, Rodrigo gained experience in Private Equity at ProA Capital and Waterland Private Equity, and in M&A advisory at Deloitte and BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking. He holds a First Class Honours degree in International Business Management from ICADE (Madrid) and Lancaster University (UK).

Outside the office, Rodrigo is passionate about skiing and tennis, and can always be found surrounded by good friends and family.
