Vanesa joined Henko at the beginning of 2022, leaving her position at a multinational company to embark on a new project drawn by the opportunity to build a corporate structure from scratch and work in an entrepreneurial, agile, and collaborative environment.

She is part of the financial and corporate team, playing an active role both in the administration of the funds and the management company, as well as in process improvement across portfolio companies. She works closely with the management teams on the professionalization of financial areas, operational optimization, and the implementation of management best practices.

Vanesa is also a point of contact for investors, with whom she works to ensure compliance with information and reporting requirements.

Before joining Henko, Vanesa developed her career in companies such as Carrefour, Bouygues, and JLL, always in financial roles with a clear focus on process reengineering and the implementation of systems to enhance efficiency.

She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and an MBA from IE Business School.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending time outdoors, especially hiking in the mountains.
