Link, Bemobile & Consultia join forces in Linkroad to create a benchmark group in technological innovation in Iberia
- The group, owned by Henko Partners, has a turnover of more than 60 million euros and is positioned as a benchmark consultancy in technology, innovation, design and communication.
- Linkroad will have an international reach from the outset, with a team of 700 people spread across offices in Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Panama, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.
Madrid, October 17th, 2024. – Linkroad is born from the union of Link, Bemobile and Consultia with the aim of disrupting the technology consultancy market. The aim is to offer clients the best solutions to their business challenges thanks to its in-depth knowledge of technology, strategy, design, innovation and communication.
Linkroad has a team of more than 700 highly qualified professionals distributed in multidisciplinary teams that prioritise quality, proximity and flexibility. The group offers services in high-value segments such as native integration and management of cloud applications, digital experience, SAP integration, Data-AI, or technology for regulatory compliance (GRC /ESG). Linkroad also offers proprietary solutions that are complemented by a network of first-class technology partners. In addition, it has vertical solutions in key industries for the economy such as the financial sector, utilities, retail/industry and government. This commitment to an innovative and differentiated offer is endorsed by a network of more than 150 recurring top-level customers in the different geographies in which the group operates.
Since September 2023, when Henko Partners invested in Link, the strategy has been to support innovative companies, with top management teams and leaders in their respective niches. The aim is to create a leading international group, fostering collaboration and growth among the group’s companies, thereby improving service to its clients and developing advanced technological solutions that accelerate their digital transformation.
Strengthening the group’s leadership and next steps
Linkroad strengthens its leadership team to drive the group’s growth, with a particular focus on Spain. Juan Manuel Rebollo, with more than 35 years of experience in the sector, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors. Juan Manuel spent most of his career at Accenture, where he was a member of the board in Iberia, and at Vector, where he held the position of Managing Director and helped grow the business from €15m to over €100m revenue in 6 years, when it was acquired by Softek. In addition, Javier Alvarez joins as Business Development Director for Spain and Ignacio Santillana as Director of the SAP practice, both with strong backgrounds in the technology sector.
Linkroad’s objective is to reach 100 million turnover by 2025 combining organic and inorganic growth. With the support of Henko Partners, it will continue to invest in specialised and differential service providers in innovative technologies, both in Iberia and internationally, strengthening the value proposition of the group towards its clients and supporting the growth of the companies that form part of it.
