The firm has successfully invested its first €70 million fund in six companies, including nine additional acquisitions. In March 2024, Henko secured a €30 million extension of its first fund, growing to €100 million to continue supporting the inorganic growth of its portfolio companies.
At the same time, Henko reached a first close of €100 million for its second fund, which sees a hard cap of €150 million. This second fund will follow a similar investment strategy to Fund I, focusing on companies with EBITDA of €2 to €6 million in four strategic verticals: healthcare, technology, sustainability and industrial automation. It aims to support high-growth companies with strong management teams and international ambitions.
