Quadrante’s shareholders and Henko Partners join forces to position Quadrante as a leading engineering firm focused on sustainability
- The private equity firm Henko Partners invests in Quadrante, a leading Portuguese engineering and environmental consulting firm
- Quadrante’s shareholders will be leading the execution of the growth strategy, based on integrating companies that complete the services portfolio and access new regions
- Henko will support Quadrante’s international expansion, creating an integrated engineering platform with delivery units worldwide
Lisbon, January 10th 2024. – Henko Partners, an Iberian private equity firm, has invested in Quadrante to drive its international growth. Currently, the Company has a strong geographical footprint in Europe and South America. Together with Henko, Quadrante seeks to further expand internationally and position itself as an integrated global player in the engineering and environmental consulting sector.
Quadrante has an extensive track-record of more than 6,000 projects in engineering services areas such as mobility, energy, water infrastructure and environment. With over 400 employees across 4 different countries, namely in Portugal, Romania, Brazil and Chile, Quadrante is able to deliver premier engineering services to clients in various geographies.
